1. General
These Terms govern the relationship between [COMPANY], company number [UIC], referred to below as the "Provider", and persons ordering services through the eco-clean.bg website, referred to below as the "Client".
2. Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made by phone, email or through the form on the website. A booking does not constitute a concluded contract. The contract is deemed concluded once both parties have confirmed the scope and price in writing.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are set after a free inspection and confirmed in writing. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer after acceptance of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. The Client's obligations
- To provide access to the property at the agreed time.
- To disclose sensitive surfaces, valuable items and any specific requirements.
- To provide access to water and electricity.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule a visit free of charge by giving the Provider at least 24 hours' notice. For later cancellations the Provider is entitled to a fee of up to 50% of the value of the booked service.
6. Complaints and guarantee
The Client may raise a complaint within 24 hours of the service being performed. Where a complaint is justified, the Provider will remedy the issue free of charge within 3 working days.
7. Liability
The Provider's activity is covered by professional liability insurance. The Provider is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing defects of which it was not informed.
8. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
